G.U.I.L.D. Collaborative Payment Structure

• Class Fees generally range from $130-$360 per student per semester.

  • Classes with labs and/or dissections have a higher fee to pay for materials​​​​

    • Fall 2025 High School Biology Lab provides lab materials.​

  • Classes that provide textbooks, workbooks, and labs/dissections have higher fees to pay for materials. 

    • Fall 2025 MS Biology fees include textbook, workbooks, teachers guide, and lab kit. ​​

• Clubs

  • Students registered for academic classes can attend clubs at no charge​

  • If you would like to attend a club and are not enrolled in an academic class, clubs fees will be $5 per week paid weekly.

• Registration Fee per Year:

  • $60 Registration fee

  • $40 Technology Fee

• T-Shirt Fees​

  • All G.U.I.L.D. Students and at least one parent are required to own a G.U.I.L.D. student T-Shirt during classes​. All parent volunteers are required to wear a branded t-shirt during classes and activities. 

    • G.U.I.L.D. T-shirts are currently <$20​ per shirt

G.U.I.L.D. Collaborative Payment Structure

• Book and supply fees vary from class to class but generally ranges from $10-$150 per class per student per semester plus a tuition fee per semester.

• Registration Fee:

  • $175 (includes registration, party, insurance, cleaning and facility fee)

• T-Shirt Fees​

  • All G.U.I.L.D. Students and at least one parent is required to own a G.U.I.L.D. student T-Shirt during classes​. All parent volunteers are required to wear a branded t-shirt during classes and activities. 

    • G.U.I.L.D. T-shirts are currently <$20​ per shirt

• All new students, and at least one of their parents, are required to purchase G.U.I.L.D. T-Shirts. 

  •  Currently we are able to keep the t-shirt fee under $20 but this fluctuates with market ​

• You will be contacted by G.U.I.L.D. with instruction on paying your Registration Fee

• Registration fees are payable in cash or credit card.

  • Credit Card payments are charged a 3% service fee by the credit card processing company.​

  • Cash payments will not incur the 3% service fee

• Tuition varies depending on the grade. 

• Students between the ages of 13-17 may be dropped off with an addition fee 

• A Late Registration Fee will be assessed to students who register past the registration deadline or pay late. Teachers may assess an additional late registration fee to cover any extra fees for expediting curriculum if it has already been ordered.
